The Calhoun's Baby Girl- May 2018

In full disclosure Melanie Calhoun is one of my best friends, I happened to be near her home on mother's day and told her I was going to stop by to meet their new baby girl. I was coming from another shoot so I had my equipment with me, so we had an impromptu shoot right there in her house. No plans, no changing clothes, just family and a camera.

Mel has been not only one of my biggest photography supporters, but one of my biggest life supporters. We established a friendship over our love of quotes and talking each other through life's ups and downs. To see her become a mom, again, and have such a beautiful family is a joy I cant explain.
