Mellori's 30th Birthday!- Event Photography- March 2017

I was hired by AMA Experience (http://www.annmarieevent.com/) to photograph the 30th Birthday of one of her clients. The event from decorations to music to atmosphere was top notch and not only did I get to capture some amazing action shots that the birthday girl loved, I had a lot of fun doing it.

**Photographer's Thoughts**
indoor photography at night in a closed in venue is always tricky. It definitely requires a strong understanding of your camera settings and flash settings and being able to toggle between them quickly. Everything is a factor, strobe lights, differing ceiling heights, different colored rooms/walls, as well as the movement of subjects. I am proud of the progress I've made doing event photography... because you only get one shot many times. :-) (Flash Bender was SUPER clutch in this environment)
